Nous y avons d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u0153uvr\u00e9 avec le plaisir d\u2019\u00e9tudier la caract\u00e9ristique de ce quartier en bordure de Paris. Un combo parfait de logements et&nbsp;de b\u00e2timents tertiaires des ann\u00e9es 90. Ce qui nous anime pour un projet comme AIR, c\u2019est de d\u00e9terminer les points forts et les am\u00e9liorations qu\u2019il faut apporter pour r\u00e9pondre aux attentes d\u2019aujourd\u2019hui. Malgr\u00e9 la qualit\u00e9 et la fonctionnalit\u00e9 de cet immeuble con\u00e7u par la SCP d\u2019Architecture Ch. &amp; H. de Gal\u00e9a au tout d\u00e9but des ann\u00e9es 90, il a fallu repenser et remodeler l\u2019architecture afin d&#8217;y ajouter une dimension suppl\u00e9mentaire, l&#8217;ouvrir sur l\u2019environnement imm\u00e9diat et tirer parti \u00e0 la fois du caract\u00e8re citadin de la rue Chaptal et de celui tr\u00e8s v\u00e9g\u00e9tal des squares tout en \u00e9vitant une c\u00e9sure entre les architectures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1350\" height=\"1800\" src=\"https:\/\/dtacc.com\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/SQUARE-CHAPTAL-DTACC_23.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-11617\" srcset=\"https:\/\/dtacc.com\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/SQUARE-CHAPTAL-DTACC_23.jpg 1350w, https:\/\/dtacc.com\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/SQUARE-CHAPTAL-DTACC_23-225x300.jpg 225w, https:\/\/dtacc.com\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/SQUARE-CHAPTAL-DTACC_23-768x1024.jpg 768w, https:\/\/dtacc.com\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/SQUARE-CHAPTAL-DTACC_23-1152x1536.jpg 1152w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1350px) 100vw, 1350px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>une mutation douce<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Cet immeuble est id\u00e9alement situ\u00e9 \u00e0 la lisi\u00e8re de la capitale dans un environnement calme entre deux squares publics, le square Chaptal, espace interm\u00e9diaire entre la rue et l\u2019immeuble, et le square Danton qui le borde \u00e0 l\u2019arri\u00e8re. Min\u00e9rale depuis la rue Chaptal, la fa\u00e7ade au rythme progressivement vitr\u00e9 offre d\u00e9sormais une impression de fluidit\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce au savant dosage d\u2019horizontales et de courbes. En outre, nous avons accentu\u00e9 la perception de travers\u00e9e visuelle entre les deux squares en remontant l\u2019effet de socle sur deux puis trois \u00e9tages au droit du hall. Un duplex d\u2019ascenseurs qui obstruait la vue vers le square Danton a \u00e9t\u00e9 supprim\u00e9. La tr\u00e8s grande terrasse du premier \u00e9tage am\u00e9nag\u00e9e en continuit\u00e9 visuelle avec le jardin public arri\u00e8re, est distribu\u00e9e depuis le rez-de-chauss\u00e9e par un large escalier formant gradin. Outre l\u2019implication de notre ma\u00eetre d\u2019ouvrage ATLAND, de celle de nos partenaires et de nos \u00e9quipes, il faut saluer ici comme ailleurs le travail des compagnons qui b\u00e2tissent \u00ab&nbsp;le r\u00e9el&nbsp;\u00bb que nous imaginons mentalement. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La beaut\u00e9 de notre m\u00e9tier, c\u2019est de r\u00e9aliser un prototype pour chacune de nos r\u00e9alisations. Chaque immeuble est unique. AIR a sa propre personnalit\u00e9. Cela tient de sa disposition dans la ville entre les deux squares largement d\u00e9di\u00e9s \u00e0 la verdure. Cela tient aussi \u00e0 son caract\u00e8re accueillant et pr\u00e9venant. Son nom refl\u00e8te bien cette singularit\u00e9.
