Ainsi commence notre travail de r\u00e9habilitation et de Po\u00e9thique Urbaine qui vise \u00e0 donner une nouvelle vie \u00e0 un b\u00e2timent existant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">construire n&#8217;est pas d\u00e9truire<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">OPTIK en est un parfait exemple. Notre savoir-faire accompagne en douceur la n\u00e9cessaire \u00e9volution d&#8217;un b\u00e2timent en ciblant nos interventions et en limitant les d\u00e9molitions. Avec bienveillance, nous puisons dans la mati\u00e8re sa p\u00e9rennit\u00e9. Une caract\u00e9ristique que nous avons cherch\u00e9 \u00e0 magnifier pour conserver cette pr\u00e9sence avec une expression de fa\u00e7ade min\u00e9rale sur huit niveaux et un rythme horizontal marqu\u00e9 tous les deux \u00e9tages. Nous avons \u00e9galement amplifi\u00e9 sa grande fen\u00eatre urbaine qui int\u00e8gre une verri\u00e8re triangulaire soulignant la s\u00e9quence d&#8217;entr\u00e9e principale. Sur\u00e9lev\u00e9, il respecte sa structure originale sur un principe constructif avec un pas d\u2019\u00e9tage de 3,70 m\u00e8tres. Un noyau en b\u00e9ton et des poutres m\u00e9talliques qui vont jusqu\u2019aux fa\u00e7ades viennent compl\u00e9ter l\u2019\u0153uvre architecturale. L\u2019acc\u00e8s rue Fructidor profite de la verri\u00e8re qui agit comme un prisme sur l\u2019architecture ext\u00e9rieure sur fond de ciel. \u00c0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur, nous avons d\u00e9clin\u00e9 l\u2019id\u00e9e de dynamisme, illustrant le mouvement au sein d\u2019un v\u00e9ritable hub social, qui se joue des formes et des couleurs. Au sol, un trac\u00e9 ton pierre se prolonge par des lames de bois le long du mur d\u2019accueil jusqu\u2019au plafond, telles des liaisons virtuelles entre les deux entr\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Enfin, le point d\u2019orgue du b\u00e2timent, sa toiture de 1 000 m2 dont plus de la moiti\u00e9 est v\u00e9g\u00e9talis\u00e9e avec une terrasse am\u00e9nag\u00e9e, accessible \u00e0 tous, pour profiter depuis le 8e \u00e9tage du paysage du p\u00e9riph\u00e9rique, spectacle incessant, avec Paris en fond.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image
